J&C Barker Builders Ltd is a second-generation family business founded in Bury, Lancashire back in 1955. Now run solely by me, Jim Barker, the values today remain the same as always: choice, value and high quality workmanship that you can depend on. The reason for undertaking a building project could be one of many: emergency repairs, increased living space, investment to increase value of property, or to make aesthetic improvements. In all cases, one of the most important decisions to make is which builder you can trust to take on the project - after all, you want the job completed with a minimum of disruption to your day-to-day life, and peace of mind that it will be finished on time and on budget with no surprises…
